Job Description :
- Work directly with the founder to develop growth channels.
- This role will require you to ideate, test and implement non-traditional growth channels which implies no digital marketing & such similar channels.
- You may have to travel extensively in trains in-order to understand the end consumer and to implement growth channels.
- You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships and driving sales growth in the B2C (Business to Consumer) market.
-Your primary focus will be on acquiring new customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with tailored solutions.
Must Skills: Minimum 4 years of work experience. Prior experience in growth or on-ground market activation (or similar kind of experience) will be a preferred.
Compensation: Based on Last CTC - Upto 27 LPA
