Role :

We are looking for a business analyst to join our growing team of Analytics experts in Pune and manage the processes responsible for accurate data collection, processing, modeling and analysis. The ideal candidate should have a knack for seeing solutions in sprawling data sets and the business mindset to convert insights into strategic opportunities for our company. This position requires close collaboration with leaders across product, sales, and marketing to support and implement high-quality, data-driven decisions. The right person for the job will apply their exhaustive knowledge of data analysis to solving real-world problems faced by US healthcare providers and finding opportunities for improvement across multiple projects, teams and business units.

Qualifications :

- Education : BE/BCS/BCA/MCS/MCA/BSc Statistics with excellent records

- Databases : Good understanding of SQL

- Scripting skills in SQL, Python, Shell, Perl.

- Basic programming skills in any language will be an advantage.

- The right candidate will be proficient and experienced with the following tools/programs: Strong programming skills with querying languages: SQL, and Excel.

- Experience with data visualization tools: PowerBI, Tableau, etc.

- Good knowledge of statistics using Python or R.

- Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities.

- Ability to work with different data sources, do exploratory data analysis and come up with a good story to showcase insights

- Effective communication and persuasive skills. Highly energetic and self-motivated person who can easily adapt to an unstructured environment and talk to the clients and teams based in US to showcase the work.

- Work in collaboration with other teams to get the work done.

Analytical concepts and statistical techniques:

- Hypothesis designing and testing

- Regression analysis

- Exploratory data analysis

- Experience in working with and creating databases and dashboards using all relevant data to inform decisions.
