Radio Mirchi - Vice President - Finance - CA

Primary Responsibility -

1. Assist in radio business expansion plans- Phase 3 new stations

2. Build capability for independent commercial evaluation of procurements.

3. Manage Debt raising, Treasury Management and Banking for ENIL through the team

4. Manage Proactive Communication with Investors, Media Companies Studies & Benchmarking

5. Strengthen the MIS & processes and automation

6. Team capability building

Liaison:

a. With business heads, Radio Station Heads, Corporate Finance and branch finance

b. Senior management

External

a. Banks, Mutual Funds, Equity Analysts

b. Consultancy firms

A CA with 12 to 15 years of post qualification experience in Public listed companies is a must. Candidates well versed with the IGAAP/IND AS accounting will be preferable.
