Radio Mirchi - Senior Manager - Direct Taxation

Primary Responsibility:

1. Taking care of direct tax compliance for ENIL and ABSIL

2. To ensure that the returns are timely filed

3. To ensure that the payments for TDS are done within the stipulated time

4. To ensure that the advance tax is computed and paid within the stipulated time

5. Computation of tax and deferred tax provision for quarter and year end accounts

6. To obtain lower rate of TDS deduction certificate wherever applicable

7. To ensure that the tax assessments requirements are met

8. To ensure that the records and documentation are kept properly in safe custody

9. To ensure receipt of TDS refund on timely basis

Other Responsibilities

1. Handling statutory auditors on tax related issues

2. Handling tax assessment

a. All functional / department head based out of Corporate and branch office

b. HR team members

2. External

a. Internal and statutory auditors

b. Tax authorities
