- Recruitment - to participate actively in business meetings and understand business requirements to recruit the best available talent across the region by engaging with the line hiring managers and recruitment sources in order to meet manpower needs.
- Initiating various projects as required by the region and meticulously seeing it to its completion
- Visiting various stations across region to understand the challenges and problems faced by the team members
- Assisting in salary revisions after increments
- To correspond with employees for payroll/policy related queries.
- To manage internal audit interface on HR audits
- To manage the employee recognition schemes independently for the region
- To manage training related logistics
- Designing and then implementing induction programs for all new recruits and then following up to ensure adherence to timelines.
- Obtain induction feedback from all new recruits
- Assist in following up for appraisals (quarterly and annual)
- Collation of all appraisal information
Salary Offered: 7-8 LPA
