Role Description:

Sales Target Planning & Execution : 

- Map the Market potential with respect to advertisement expenses (adex)

- Categorize client's basis their adex and increase their share of adex with us through radio ad-sales, on ground activations, events, Multi Marketing Solutions (MMS)., etc

- Plan for target achievement basis category growth, & client potential

- Regularly review the plan versus actual target achievement for specific products & markets as per the annual business plan

- Approve pricing / deviations / rates as authorized by the sales policy & maintain or improve the desired pricing norms

Team Management : 

- Provide training to all team members on sales skills and product knowledge

- Monitor, coach and mentor team members for success on the job

- Conceptualize and implement monetizable opportunities

- Monitoring all reports sent by sales teams and business MIS.

Market Development : 

- Maintain relationships with key accounts (agencies and clients)

- Monitor competition and develop strategies to maximize market share

- Scout for business opportunities to bring in new clients / ideate on new products

- Monitor yields and ERs and ensure that revenue bookings are as per company policy

Organizational Relationship (Role works with):

- Work with Programing and Creative Services team for new ideas/solutions for client activities, on ground activities.

- Marketing to understand events calendar and generate revenue from them events

- CRO on pricing of deals

Reporting Relationship:

- Role reports to Cluster Head while all Station Heads &/or Sales Head, would have a dotted line reporting to the Cluster Sales

Skills and Experience:

- 12 - 14 years of relevant experience into revenue generation role

- Post graduate by educational qualification

- Role will require data collation and interpretation.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Team handling experience

- The role requires to travel to each station location (approx. 15 days travel per month)
