Job Description: Activations Team Members

- Primary responsibility: Ensure targeted revenue achievement and timely collections for the station

Related responsibilities:

- Aid in implementing the activations strategy for the station

- Implement the activations calendar for the station in conjunction with Station Activations Group Manager

- Help develop monetizable properties in the activations space and drive implementation

- Monitor competition (Radio as well as other mediums) and help develop strategies to maximize market share

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:

Reports to Group Manager - Activation

Career Progression

- Will progress into Group Manager Role in Activation / FCT Sales role in 24 - 30 months time. Ample opportunities for cross functional exposure as well

Person Specification:

- MBA with 0 -3 years of experience in Sales / Marketing, has worked with leading brands in respective sectors. Prior experience in Activation / Media not a criteria.

Salary offered: 5 - 7 LPA
