Radio Big FM - Station Head

Station Head - Nagpur 

Basic Purpose : 

The Station Head is responsible for entire P & L of assigned stations.

Key deliverables:

Key deliverables of Station Head will include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Spread head multi function team and ensure their alignment for optimum productivity.

- Envision & display service leadership and execution excellence within team.

- Carry out an effective need-gap analysis periodically with team.

- Execute work in shared purpose environment.

- Prepare an execution plan in conjunction with Regional Marketing and activation resources for brand imaging and enhancement for Station.

- Lead and execute the brand strategy in adherence with the brand identity and accordingly plan and execute the station's communication campaign.

- Drive Station alliances and partnerships in accordance with the alliance strategy i.e. tie-ups and activating alliances.

- Leading & facilitating good relations with celebrities, top 20 clients, public officials, community agencies and other stakeholders in the city.

- Ensures day-to-day client relationship and discipline within team and compliances, regulations for the station.

- Ensure team engagement and motivation level through various initiatives and interpersonal communication.

Job Specifications : 

- A MBA with at least 5 years of experience as a business head.

- Age around 30 years with not less than five years of experience.

- Fluency in local language (preferred), tech savvy.

- Good people manager, self navigator and ability to work under matrix organization..

- Smart and presentable.
