Job Description:

We're looking for someone who is the bridge between brand's social message and the intended audience. Essentially someone creative, loves social media, the internet and believe that he or she is at the forefront of culture today. The primary responsibility can be across three areas of social media insights, strategies and social media campaigns. Equally, the important function is to ensure that plans are conceptualized are executed brilliantly. You will need to be a thinker and a doer, we expect great leadership as well as inspiring personal genius.

Some of the key responsibilities:

- Social media communication strategy to achieve long-term business goals

- Conceptualize groundbreaking and innovative social campaigns across social media platforms

- Come up programs and partnerships ideas with community websites, work out the details with partners, monitor progress and make any adjustment to deliver good results.

- Identify and manage vendors providing technology platforms for managing various social media assets and /or monitoring tools.

- Engage influencers in the various social community sites, and develop special partnerships and program with them to influence their preference for brands/ products/campaigns, and get the positive discussion online.

- Establish performance benchmark of the social media campaigns and measurement methodology.

- Provide tracking and metrics to communicate and validate the community effectiveness, and prepare reports and presentations to internal stakeholders.

- Explore new opportunities/platforms/affiliations to increase visibility for brand campaigns across online platforms

- Overall supervision of the team to ensure smooth flow of operations for the given spectrum of tasks

- Lead the relationship with the all internal teams to manage existing campaigns and objectives

- Planning, execution, and monitoring of social media marketing (SMM) campaigns

- Preparing reports and SMM reviews for campaigns.

General skills and knowledge:

- Creative thinking and analytical problem-solving.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively at all levels and functions.

- Ability to manage projects to successful completion, multi-task, and work within tight deadlines.

- Sound strategic skills.

- Demonstrated prowess in all MS Office programs.
