Purpose Of The Role
The role includes developing and maintaining client relationships, cultivating business opportunities, client presentations, proposals and work orders, as well as per project and overall client services budgeting and other financial operations as needed. Also, the role will be held accountable for the revenue from Government & SME Sales accounts.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Full time MBA / Post Graduate Professional with 6 to 8 years of Expertise in Sales

RESPONSIBILITIES
Conceptualizing, Planning & Revenue Delivery
- Highly agile and ability to provide business solutions to clients
- Establish relationships with new clients to expand the Brand reach
- Monitor trends and analytics to make product and pricing suggestions for the clients
- Market /Client mapping for generating new business opportunities and drive relationships building
- Gather business knowledge of your clients to identify area of opportunity where business can be pitched
- Idea a concept / solution to pitch business solutions with internal team collaboration
- Preparing and delivering business presentations, Proposal making and negotiation
- Ensuring high quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers- systems and processes
- Exceeding sales targets month and month basis to meet annual targets
- Ability to take end to end ownership of the accounts and self navigate
- Maintain sales dashboards on daily/monthly/ quarterly and annually basis
Customer Centricity
- Pro-Active client correspondence with strict adherence to the committed timelines & delivery
- Effective Objection and Concern handling
- Build and maintain business relationships with key clients and agencies
Collaboration with Inter department
- Collaborate with Programming & Solutions for creative ideas for the clients
- Ensure sales entitlements are as per the programming guidelines
- Seek assistance from marketing and content planning teams for key client pitches
Salary offered; 8 - 10 LPA
