HR Manager
We are actively seeking a senior HR Manager to join our client in Hyderabad.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- We are looking for a skilled HR manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources.
- To handle complete recruitments, payroll, handling statutory compliances, staff welfare activities, employee motivation and building up a strong team for the company.
- Conduct New Hire orientation and handles exit interviews
- Compile all data needed for the annual salary review, and the annual performance appraisal analysis and timely provide feedback/recommendations to the management.
- You will be responsible to screen candidates, assessing their skills and guiding them through the onboarding process.
- Ensuring successful completion of the onboarding process, all joining formalities and documentation requirements within stipulated timelines.
- Ensure 100% compliance of statutory laws laid down.
- Payroll, Salary Breakup, Bonus, TDS & Leave encashment.
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of human resources and personnel departments, and develop and implement policies, programs and procedures regarding human resource planning.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Excellent Communication skills both Written and Verbal.
- 6+ years in HR generalist role in mid to large-sized organization, preferably in a BPO environment.
- Dynamic & smart
- Willing to work in a team and as a team.
- Expertise in employee relation, on boarding ,HR Operations, Induction and Joining activities and attendance
- Maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
