Summary of the role:  - Owns and constantly optimises the Digital experience for end users  - Owns the product responsible for and manages it end to end seamlessly  - Manages all development activities for the product such as features / enhancements  - Ideates and adds innovative industry-first features in the App/Website regularly  - Manages the maintenance of the App/Website and resolves issues and their root cause  - Keeps up to date on competitor activities in the Digital space  Role definition:   1. Be the end users- digital in-house representative and champion their digital needs  - Keeps himself/herself abreast of various user journeys spanning digital on-boarding of customers to transaction enablers, in order to make their journeys more convenient by leveraging technology  - Constantly optimises the user journeys thereby eliminating delight deprivers on a continuous basis  - Owns the UI, UX offered by our App/Website to its various end users and constantly strives to improve it  2. Drives new features/enhancements, identification and development of fixes that are pertaining to various end users across App/Website  - Prepares a detailed Business Scope document for each requirement by gaining an in-depth understanding while factoring in the operational, IT, compliance and risk aspects involved  - Spearheads the development lifecycle for each requirement by co-ordinating with in-house teams as well as external vendors  - Organises and prioritises enhancements as well as innovations, based on an in-depth understanding of the expected business impact of each requirement  - Takes complete ownership for thoroughly testing all new enhancements/bugs and ensures timely launch of new features and quick resolution of issues  3. Actively track competition across all digital properties and keep up to date with the latest technological trends  - Constantly tracks our biggest competitors and creates a competition heat map to track their products and activities in the digital space.   - Presents reports and dashboards over competitors on a regular basis  - Keeps abreast of the latest technological trends in the industry and introduces technological trends across other industries into our Digital properties  4. Launches at least 3 major innovations for end users (Investors / Distributors) in a year  General Qualities required:   1. Tech savvy with a keen interest on all things Digital  2. Excellent project management skills  3. Very good communication and presentation skills  4. Ability to understand complex problems and articulate it simply  5. Highly energetic and self-motivated   6. Go getter who makes things happen  7. Manages his personal finances and is an investor (preferred)  Educational Qualifications:   MBA from Tier I/II schools  Experience:   1. Working in Digital products development team for at least 2 years  2. Exposure to Mutual Funds industry is preferred
