Raasta Studios - Manager - Business Development (4-6 yrs)
- Identify business opportunities in the market and drive all the sales initiatives to meet business goals
- Develop a sales funnel from existing and prospective customers and work towards building key customer relationships by converting them
- Execute outbound and inbound sales strategies such as lead generation through email communications, LinkedIn, Business Networking at events, etc
- Work closely with the Business Lead and develop business plans and strategies. Regularly seek feedback and understand growth opportunities and areas of improvement
- Prepare customized, comprehensive proposals for projects by seeking complete info from both internal and external parties. Undertake in-depth research to gather key information with respect to the customer;
- Work closely with the creative and customer experience team upon handing over a project, once boarded; stay updated of the progress of the project from the start to the end
- Establish and maintain on-going customer relationships with the various parties to anticipate and resolve potential problems;
- Maintain compliance documentation for all the projects handled across all teams
- Keeping abreast of new trends, formats, business models;
