Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to help our company find and retain excellent employees. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees.
- Create and build the talent acquisition strategy for the entire company; multi-level hiring and people management.
- Innovate on hiring practices by using new methods or channels. Keeping a lookout for talent available in the market and planning accordingly
- Motivate and energize your team of recruiters to always be candidate-friendly and matching the KPIs.

- Has experience in handling teams to meet aggressive deadlines.
- Has a background in sales and customer support.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Team Management
- Supporting a team of 5-10 recruiters with innovative sourcing strategies as per the role's requirement
- Daily reviews to ensure process compliance and candidate closures within the assigned timeline
- Getting the team up to speed with the manpower requirement
- Maintaining high standards of quality in candidate pipeline through regular feedback
Advising Business
- Providing suggestions and ideas to the management based on changing market trends in terms of tools and resources required to accomplish the assigned targets
Interviews
- Conducting interviews across all levels of hierarchy pan India
- Salary negotiations as per industry standards
- Ensuring excellent interview experience for Leadership profiles
Managing Relationships
- Collaborating with leadership team and providing regular updates
- Campus relations to be maintained pan India
- Vendor management and onboarding
Working terms
- Timings : 10:00am - 7:00pm
- Monday - Saturday
