Chief Financial Officer (CFO) RAAM Group is building a platform to create the next wave of leaders. As part of the 2000 Cr organization, you will be responsible for managing the finances of a fast growing multi-million business. - You will be part of RAAM Group's journey to achieve 5000 Cr turnover by 2025. RAAM Group is planning this growth by expanding in auto-retail, real estate, construction, and consumer retail sectors. We are proud channel partners for Mercedes-Benz, MG Motors, Hyundai, Tata, Honda, Hero. Responsibilities: - Presentation of finance and profit situation to the top management - Liaison to corporate and external auditors, tax authorities, banks, etc. - Planning, monitoring and reporting (OP, Actual, Forecast) in total and per business unit related to discounts, stock controlling, budget and cost controlling, investment planning and controlling, infrastructure projects. - Establishing and maintaining as adequate internal control system over financial reporting and ensuring adherence to corporate compliance regulations. - Ensure correct and transparent recording of all business transactions in the relevant period. - Managing Accounting in detail - includes accounts payables and receivables, financial and cost accounting, credit management. - Ensuring sufficient liquidity, including structuring and funding, cash management, management of counterparty risks. - Minimize tax and import duties paid within tax laws/ requirements, including income tax planning and calculation, statements and reports as well as handling of other taxes (e.g. VAT, withholding tax, TDS,) and duties. - Ensure timely submission of all tax returns - Lead, motivate and develop allocated employees by target agreements and performance evaluation - Ensure a target oriented internal communication.
