Title : Chief Financial Officer ( CFO )

Responsibilities:

- Generate and present financial and profitability reports to the top management

- Liaison with external auditors, tax authorities, banks, etc.

- Planning, monitoring and reporting (Actual, Forecast, Variance) in total and per business unit related to discounts, stock controlling, budget and cost controlling, investment planning and controlling, infrastructure projects.

- Establishing and maintaining as adequate internal control system over financial reporting and ensuring adherence to all applicable compliance regulations.

- Ensure timely, correct and transparent recording of all business transactions in the relevant period.

- Managing Accounting in detail - includes accounts payables and receivables etc

- Monitoring the Utilization of Credit Limits and ensuring the proper utlization of funds

- Ensuring sufficient liquidity, including structuring and funding, cash management, management of counterparty risks.

- Ensure all direct & indirect tax returns and other regulatory returns are properly and promptly prepared and planning the taxes to the extent legally possible

- Lead, motivate and develop allocated employees by target agreements and performance evaluation

- Ensure a target oriented internal communication.

- Ability to act proactively

Requirements:

- An entrepreneur mindset with strong leadership and people management skills

- CA/CFA or any equivalent degree / MBA Finance from Tier I/II School

- Specialized Knowledge: Business Management, Finance Management, Team Management, Operations Management, Leadership
