R1 RCM - Assistant General Manager - Organization Development/Talent & Learning (10-15 yrs)

Job Description :

Head OD, Talent and Learning is a vital role for R1 RCM as the organisation goes through rapid growth over the next few quarters. The incumbent would be responsible for all strategic initiatives around Organisation Design for India team, Talent Management and Learning and Development.

Key Responsibilities across OD and Learning would be

OD & Talent Management

- Define Talent Management Architecture keeping in mind best in class practices.

- Design & execute talent management programs like future leadership program

- Act as a liaison with other HR teams to coordinate development of talent management programs, systems and processes to design talent programs for leaders at various levels.

- Design succession management plan

- Building mechanisms to Identify and develop Hi-Pots

- Ensure that key talent follow appropriate development tracks through creation of employee development plans and periodic tracking of the same

- Preparing & Monitoring Talent Dashboards at regular intervals

- Facilitate Coaching in the organisation

- Deliver and evaluate innovative leadership development initiatives

Learning and Development

- Lead the design and ongoing review of learning and development architecture.

- Work along with the HR head and the function leaders to address organisational L&D needs by designing and executing L&D solutions at all levels.

- Ensure development of training programs for ongoing business needs using robust principles of instructional design.

- Design, develop, implement and maintain skill inventory to assist in human resource planning and identification of learning needs

- Responsible for developing a learning architecture, developing and managing online and offline learning content, managing end to end learning program life cycle, leveraging external seminars for functional trainings.

- Drive the training need analysis in functional, behavioural and leadership areas across all functions.

- Design and manage the annual L&D budget by estimating and forecasting entire L&D cost including content providers, external trainers and vendors

- Research and recommend a complement of internal and external learning programs that align with organisation's business objectives and employee needs

Education

Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management

Experience

- 10-12 years experience in Human Resources at a reputed organization

- Exposure to new age models of learning

- Building effective relationships with staff, partners and leaders

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to think critically and commercially
