Roles and responsibilities :

- Understanding the brand proposition and adjust the levers to align it with market evolution.

- Strategize and execute new and relevant marketing campaigns and promotion plans to drive brand visibility, traffic and transactions.

- Develop market strategies to gain market share and achieve top and bottom line targets for the brand

- Design effective and innovative integrated marketing campaigns across mediums like BTL, Digital, Mobile, Print and Radio.

- Monitor and execute on ground activations that forms vital part of the Marketing Campaigns .

- Liaison with trade marketing teams to conceptualize multi local plans to increase the brand salience and visibility.

- Initiate research for concept testing, post launch for insight mining to develop consumer segment specific initiatives.

- Develop, execute and monitor business plan for new product development. Liaison with cross functional teams to manage the innovation funnel.

- Monitor competition on various aspects such as new offering, pricing, consumer offer, ATL & BTL activities and course correct our strategy if required.

Requirements :

- A decent understanding and/or a strong interest in the Retail/ eCommerce sector, brand awareness and retail trends

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship- building skills

- Good negotiation skills

- Ability to build, manage and lead a brand/marketing team

- Understanding of brand growth drivers

- Basic digital marketing understanding

- A customer centric, creative and analytical problem - solving mindset

- Advanced data handling/ Excel skills and keen eye for detail

Salary Range; 10 - 15 LPA
