Role : Manager - Compliance Department : Legal and Compliance Education : Company Secretary Experience : 6 -8 years of CS experience Reports To : Head - Legal and Compliance Role Summary : - Manage the compliances under RBI PPI Master Directions, FEMA and Companies ACT Key Responsibilities : - Review and ensure all compliances as required under RBI PPI Master Directions and related controls are in place, updated in timely manner and are effective (AML monitoring/STR filings/sanctions screening / fraud management etc. ) - Timely reporting of all RBI filings as prescribed under Master Direction or otherwise required - Adhere to all compliances with the new directives received / circulated / announced by RBI as per defined timelines - Manage the RBI audits & inspections, internal and statutory audits - Educate and train employees on regular basis and share information on the new developments - Draft and review all policies as required under the various RBI regulations - Incidence management for any regulatory compliance related issue - Provide support in risk management, prevention and mitigation assessment and reporting to management - Manage all compliances related to Companies Act, 2013 (conducting of board meeting, AGM/EGM and all compliances around the same, approvals through circular resolutions, ROC filings, updation of statutory registers) Functional Competence : - FEMA rules and regulations[including familiarity with STPI filings] - Companies Act rules and regulations - RBI PPI Master Directions
