About this role :

This role is an opportunity to help build and lead one of the fastest growing products in the HCM (Human Capital Management) space which is experiencing a lot of innovation amidst a global wave of hybrid work model.

We're looking for an innovation-focused product leader to define our product strategy and grow a team of PMs responsible for overseeing product development for one of the fastest growing global HCM brands.

You will :

- Drive the definition of our roadmap to expand our suite rapidly to position peopleHum as a leading HCM platform for hybrid work model, and to create sustainable product differentiation

- Manage, mentor & guide your team of Product Managers to drive an agile product development culture that smoothly delivers new features in collaboration with engineering

- Own end to end launch of new capabilities and proactive monitoring of existing capabilities

- Spend an inordinate amount of time with our customers and prospects informing our product vision and roadmap. Collaborate with our customers on co-innovation opportunities.

- Act as a leader within the company to help build an innovation culture

- Report to our CEO to develop strategies to expand the company into new markets and solutions rapidly

We are looking for someone who has

- 8-12 years of total product & engineering management experience with a bare minimum of 5 years in product management and couple of years of people management experience.

- Passion for building delightful products, design, APIs, and complex enterprise SaaS systems at scale. Ability to make meaningful contributions to high-stakes discussions on software architecture, or similar level of technical skills is needed

- Obsession with product quality and an eye for design, specifically an intuition for good user flows and user experiences

- Strong written & verbal communication skills with a talent for precise articulations of customer problems

- Determination to do whatever it takes to make your product and team successful

- Understanding of HCM (human capital management) space and enterprise SaaS is highly desirable, but not required

- Entrepreneurial experience and/or experience working with new, green-field products is a plus
