We are looking for a sales leader with proven track record of having led teams at a Regional or Zonal level.
- Ensuring branches growth and profitability.
- Assigning targets to Sales Managers and Territory Managers and being accountable for the overall teams performance.
- Training and Development of the Team members.
- Achieves Regional Sales operational objectives by recommending strategic action points and reviews sales funnel on a daily basis; implementing productivity, quality, and Customer centricity standards; resolving problems
- Meets regional sales financial objectives by creating Sales pipeline analyzing sales variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Maintains and expands customer base by counselling field team; building and maintaining rapport with dealers & identifying new customer opportunities.
- Recommends new initiatives and service changes basis surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
