Assistant Manager F&A Operations

Job Description :

Client Management :

- Ensure delivery of Financial statements as per the defined TAT and quality as per SLA for clients assigned

- High level review of financial statements prepared (P& L and Balance Sheet) within defined TAT per SLA and required quality for the clients

- High level review of Audit Schedule before delivery

- Preparation of daily /weekly delivery schedule for financial delivery . Coordinate with US/ client. Ensure that the targets are met as per schedule

- Communicate with US counterparts / Clients on regular basis thru calls / emails

- Successful completion of any other assigned project in timely and effective manner.

- Review of exception & escalation for clients assigned.

MIS/ Logs :

- Develop SOPs and revise it on regular basis. Ensure that process notes are followed by team while carrying out the activities

- Update logs, timesheets & other MIS on timely basis. Ensure the ones to be updated by he reportee's have been done

- Ensure all errors of the clients managed are captured. Do a root cause analysis and define steps to avoid the problem in future.

Transition :

- Continuous follow up for information

- Ensure that activities are carried out and complete per transition plan

- Track the progress of plan

Team Management :

- Team Handling and Query Resolution

- Manage the team, timely feedback, motivation etc.

- Team Management and Training and development of staff

Efficiency improvement :

- Review the ongoing process and bring continuous improvement in process for efficiency & quality.

Smart and dynamic :

- Required to work in all the shifts / rotational shifts.

- Preferable if have worked on US accounting in past work experience

- Preferable if have a passport and US Visa

Technical Skills : (Skill set required to do the job- Tools, Technical Knowledge, Certifications etc)

- Good accounting knowledge.

- Good computer skills and main expertise in excel.

- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

- Team handling experience

Ready to work in Rotational Night shifts.
