Job Responsibilities: Social Media: - Leading the Social Media Marketing agenda for the company - Management of all Social Media assets including stories and Blogs - Strategizing and execution of Influencer marketing - Create and manage a strategy for high user engagement on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc - Tracking of campaign metrics and success parameters Performance Marketing: - Develop a full funnel strategy as per brand guidelines, brand positioning & maintaining consistency - Ensure the best practices are implemented for performance marketing. - Liaison with media agency- communication, creatives, printing, PR, SEO- finding, maintaining, execution Digital media planning & buying - ATL activities- Media buying strategies for Print, social media, WAP & App - Maximising media reach for content created - Implement best practices, new strategies, innovative features on an ongoing basis on digital Agency Management & operations - Manage the media agency and the digital creative agency ecosystem - Managing all aspects of digital operations: Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Mobile marketing, new asset/tool creation etc - Manage RFP- s, contracts, reports, data analysis with all external stakeholders/agencies - BTL activities: Planning, budgeting, coordination and execution of inhouse and sponsored events External Interactions: - media agency, digital agencies, creative agency Qualifications: - Experience of 2-3 years in Brand Management . (previous experience in luxury durables will be an added advantage) - Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills - Proficient in MS Office - Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills - Ability to adapt to company culture &values. - Exceptionally self-motivated and directed. - Good analytical skills - Comfortable with autonomy and uncertainty - Should have - can do- and - get things done- attitude. - Should have willingness to travel - Open to new ideas and adaptable in a fast-paced Start-up environment
