JOB DESCRIPTION :

Job Title : Inside Sales Manager

Department : Sales

1. Job PURPOSE:

- Planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall sales strategy. In addition, they are responsible for managing, guiding and training the team.

2. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Understand the business and the potential

- Analyzing market and sales information

- Identification of prospective clients.

- Set up a Brand identification strategy and execution plan

- Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and maintaining research databases.

- Set and track sales targets for team

- Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process

- Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines

- Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements

- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts

- Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products

- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement

- Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met

- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and

increase sales

- Manage the sales representatives team

- Reporting to management on marketing and sales activities

3. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Overall : 8 - 16 yrs

4. TECHNICAL SKILLS:

- The candidate should have experience in the preparation and execution of a sales strategy.

- In depth Understanding of sales process

- Sales Matrix

- Lead Generation

- Conversion of lead generation to clients

- Client Engagement

- Budgeting and P & L

- Cold Calling & E- campaign Management

- Sales Techniques

- On-line resource management, Data-mining and CRM management

- Team Management

5. ABILTY:

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Conceptual Skill

- Analytical Ability

- Solution Oriented

- Ownership of tasks

6. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

Preference: MBA Marketing ( tier 1 or 2 college)

BA, B.Com, BBM, Non tech is preferred

Age: between 32 to 40 Years
