Quantitative Researcher (CX) _ Global MR Firm_ Malaysia


- Follow a consultative approach to client's business needs by offering well integrated, multi solution curated basket of CX measurement methodologies

- Advising client's on the 'most appropriate' Key Metrics to measure and track, for customer centric growth for the client's organisation (both MR Agency's proprietary metrics as well as non-proprietary metrics e.g. NPS)

- Design, implement, control and complete client projects within stipulated time and budget, with the highest quality of client servicing.

- Investing time and effort at the presales and sales to explore the client's objectives and expectations and basis this first-hand knowledge integrate around them the key project milestones and key project deliverables

- Taking on the responsibility of being a CX key expert and 'go-to' person for undertaking day to day theoretical and operational queries related to CX measurement projects being commenced for various Clients

- Deliver breakthrough business results leading to operational excellence initiatives; conceptualized and implemented the capability development program and working towards making the organization more effective and productive

- Matching CX Measurement results with the client company's Vision; and' hand hold' the client in creating a Communication Plan around the CX measurement results,

- For client sponsored CX Measurement projects, analyze qualitative and quantitative data gathered from primary research; to extract a deeper understanding of customer psyche (i.e. Critical drivers of CX), and determine performance enhancement and differentiation opportunities for the client basis the current market scenario

- Instituting a collaborative and 'learning across verticals' CX team structure, where 'Best Practices' and learnings on CRM are regularly shared across teams
