Role: Marketing Lead- Digital & Social Media

Experience: 3 to 8 years

Educational Qualification(s):

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or related areas OR MBA with specialization in Marketing.

Job Description

This person will be responsible for managing the companys online presence and digital marketing campaigns. We are looking for an entrepreneurial person, who is excited about digital marketing and has the drive to work independently in identifying the best strategies in online brand building. This person will work closely with other members of the marketing team, internal stakeholders and external vendors, in achieving brand and marketing goals. We would ideally prefer somebody who has worked in a similar role and has managed multiple successful online campaigns and digital presence for a growing firm.

Responsibilities

- Revamp, manage and maintain Quantiphi website for maximum engagement and traffic with the support of internal and external IT support

- Plan and manage SEO activities for website to increase traffic on an ongoing basis

- Attain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the website including increasing traffic, reducing bounce rate etc.

- Create strategy, proposals and setup campaign (Google Ad Words, Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Content-marketing networks)

- Plan, develop and manage digital marketing campaigns including online events, launches, announcements and achieve pre-decided targets and goals for impressions, engagement and conversion

- Create and execute social media strategy to build social engagement and followers across platforms through social listening, ORM and SMO

- Oversee social media content planning and execution. Maintain social media calendars for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn

- In-depth knowledge of Email marketing and hands-on exposure to marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot

- Inbound lead management and nurturing through all digital channels

- In-depth keyword and audience research, competition analysis, web site analysis

- Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing trends - Contribution to the company blog and social media community

Skills & Competencies

- Great communication skills

- Good content editing and writing skills

- Expert in the On-Page and Off-Page SEO and digital acquisition

- Expert with Google Analytics with knowledge of Google Tag manager and must have built digital reporting dashboards to track performance of digital channels

- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, internal and external, in delivering results

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and campaigns, and report progress internally

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript to maintain the website, and monitor SEO activity for the website

- Expertise in the use of word processor, spreadsheet and presentation tools

- Project management skills: Ability to meticulously plan and execute marketing campaigns and activities
