Quantiphi - Learning & Development Role (2-5 yrs)
Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Undertake organization-wide training-need-analysis
- Design and deliver soft skill training programs and identify external training partners for technical skill training administration
- Create and maintain an employee development plan and training calendar based on performance appraisal and training need assessment outcomes
- Identify training infrastructure need and provide cost-effective solutions
- Ensure maintenance of training records
- Develop high potential identification and development programs
- Create and implement customized Campus Program for Graduate Engineer/MBA hires
- Create effective processes for monitoring and measuring training processes
Experience:
- 2-5 years of overall experience in HR Learning and Development for the IT/Analytics/Start-up
Qualification Required:
- Graduate in any Discipline
- Post Graduate in Human Resources (Preferred)
Location: Mumbai - Malad (West)
Required Skills Set:
- Subject matter expert in driving Learning and Development
- Building effective relationships with staff, partners and leaders
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to think critically and commercially
