- Managing entire gamut of HR Operations and Employee Life Cycle Management for on roll and&nbsp;contractual employees - Managing Payroll for Full time and Contractual employees - HR Budgeting - Managing Filing and Documentation - Leave &amp; Attendance Management - Vendor management - Exit Management - Managing HR processes and policy improvements - Identifying gaps and improvisation of HR processes - Maintain MIS relating to Payroll, compliance and employee records - Maintain confidentiality of all records, information and payroll operations - HR Analytics : Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to&nbsp;improve performance, retention, and employee experience (Attrition Analysis, Early Warning Signals, Retention, Engagement levels, Contingency Planning).
