Quantiphi - Consultant - Learning & Development (0-2 yrs)
Key Responsibilities of the consultant will be:
- Maintaining MIS
- Logistics Scheduling meetings, set-up pre-training
- Vendor Management
- Interacting with internal stakeholders and helping them execute training sessions
- Gathering training needs
- Handling certifications vertical - Communication, implementing changes in the policy, etc
- Gathering feedback and preparing feedback reports
- Tracking attendance
- Maintaining a repository of all the training content
Note: Its a Consultant role, wherein you will be hired for 6 Months on contract and later based on your performance and requirement, you will be converted as an FTE.
