Quantiphi - Senior Specialist - Payroll (2-7 yrs)
CANDIDATE SHOULD:
- Manage end to end employee life cycle including onboarding for new joiners, confirmation, performance appraisals, grievance handling, employee relations and employee separation
- Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience (Attrition Analysis, Early Warning Signals, Retention, Engagement levels, Contingency Planning)
- Proactive inputs to HR verticals on benchmarking requirements seeking internal as well as the external market "best practice" opportunities that will enhance engagement
- Identify automation scope and implement relevant HRIS platform
- Provide compensation support including compensation bands validation, on time payroll inputs, and research on external banding
- Create robust communication forums and facilitate employee engagement initiatives on a regular basis
- Ensure on-time functional deliverables, compliance of HR operations, prepare the report on the effectiveness and look for trends and draws inferences to influence future direction
