Quantilus - Zonal Legal Manager - Home Loan Domain (8-15 yrs)
We are looking for Zonal legal Manager - Affordable housing for one of the largest HFC .
He or she would be responsible for whole zone for scrutiny of legal documents for affordable segment .
Location- NCR
Reporting- National Legal Head
Job responsibilities :
1)Providing guidance to the business team for creation of mortgage /security on the underlying collateral and advising them on title chain , title search report and other document as required for creation of security.
2)Interacting with external lawyers for discussion of title and solution for creation of security
3)Drafting and vetting for all undertakings, declarations provided for creation of security
4)Researching and helping with the amendments in the loan agreement and policies for the region based on changes in applicable laws.
5)Ensuring proper legal training to all other units for better understanding of the disbursement document and local practices
6)Arbitration and Execution of Housing and LAP cases
7)Appointments and Co-ordination with the Arbitrators / Advocates /Consultants / Vendors etc. for the region.
