- Incorporated in 2015, Quantile Analytics is on way to significantly improving investment research using world-class modern quantitative techniques. We are the R&D partner of a large buy side quantitative investment firm based in the United States.

- Our key areas of focus include: Investment research, financial data science, Analytical modeling, Risk modeling, Risk management systems and Trade execution strategies.

- Incorporated in Indore with a branch office in Bangalore, Quantile has more than 30 highly talented people having Doctorates and/or degrees from IITs and other premier engineering colleges and is growing rapidly.

Incorporated in 2012 in New York, our partner is an Investment advisor to one of the largest global hedge fund platforms. It manages assets using quantitative equity strategies with a stellar track record of performance and growth and with a global trading footprint. Its founders have 50+ years of combined Wall Street experience at marquee Investment Banks.

What does the role entail?

- Reporting directly to the MD of Quantile, this role will be one of the primary interfaces between Quantile and the US partner.

- To develop a strong understanding of the business needs of the US partner regarding trading opportunities, quantitative data and analytical tools and to deliver these with the technology and research teams.

- Lead, guide and motivate a team of around 30 talented people of which about 6 are team coordinators.

- Successfully manage key stakeholders including Quantile Managing Director and key people at the US partner.

- To constantly improve the overall processes, efficiency and service levels of Quantile.

What you bring?

- Relevant experience of 7 - 10 years with competence in and exposure to technology and finance.

- Leadership mind-set with a strong drive and experience in Team leadership.

- Excellent academic background in Technology and/or Finance.

- Excellent communication skills.
