Job Description :

- Candidates should be creative and analytical thinkers with strong communication skills. Proficiency with the mathematical and computational skills needed to conduct research and development in quantitative finance which involves analysis of large amounts of structured and unstructured data is a key requirement for the role.


- Candidates should enjoy being hands-on and collaborating with high quality talent in a merit-driven work environment.


- Ideal candidates should have a working knowledge of a high-level programming language (C/C++, Java or Python) and should be comfortable in developing software involved in financial research and development.


- Quantitative analysts apply mathematical techniques in the development of quantitative models for automated trading strategies. Strong creativity and innovative analytical problem solving ability are essential to develop sustainably profitable trading strategies.


- Job responsibilities may vary from researching data to derive new trading signals, to analyzing trade execution data to decrease transaction costs and consequently improve profitability of existing strategies, to developing models and tools to better manage market risk of strategy portfolios.


- Quant Analysts will be required to collect, organize and analyze financial and related data from a variety of secondary sources, and develop quantitative models and tools that assist in the development of new trading strategies.

No of Openings : - 5

Eligibility : Bachelor/Masters in Computer Science/ Electrical Engineering/ Information Technology/ Electronics and Instrumentation having minimum 7.5 CGPA from premier IITs (Indian Institute of Technology) & NITs (National Institute Technology)

Experience : 0 - 1 year of relevant work experience

On the Job Training Period - Training period will be of Six months during which trainees will be trained on US client's projects and will also be required to complete six months certificate course in Quantitative Analytics.

Probation Period - On satisfactory completion of training period, trainees will be put under six months- probation.

Confirmation- after Successful completion of probation period.

Working Hours- As per our client's needs. Present working hours are as under:

Mon- Fri- 3:30 p.m- 12.00 Mid Night Saturday - 10 a.m- 6.30 p.m

Compensation - As per Industry standards

6. Signing of Confidentiality & Intellectual Property Agreement, Non-Compete & Non Solicitation Agreement and Two years bond
