About the role :

We are looking for a Business Analyst, who is responsible of capturing requirements for improvement and coming up with a solution that aligns with the business goals.

Responsibilities :

- Understand Existing systems

- Track Change Requests from Customer and thorough documentation

- Lead and participate in Issues/solution discovery sessions with Internal teams and Customer POCs

- Conduct Functional training sessions/demos for Customers

- Conceptualize and document acceptable solutions for a given business problem

- Act as a liaison between Customer and Internal development teams

- Ability to locate, define and assist in the implementation of new process improvement opportunities

- Ability and willingness to work in dynamic and demanding work environment

- Creative thinking to transform raw data into meaningful business insights that bring value to Customer

Qualifications :

- Prior 8 - 10 years of Business Analyst/Stake holder management experience between

- Customer and development teams

- Strong Business Analytical skills

- Excellent Interpersonal, Written, and verbal communication skills.

- Should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Self-motivated, self-driven to overcome business challenges with analytical mindset

- Flexible in travelling within India.

- Pro-Active in looking ahead for Issues & project risks

- Certified Business Analyst Professional

- Flexible in travelling within India.

- Good to have - Prior Exposure working on Pandemic/Smart Cities Solution offerings.
