Responsibilities:

- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets.

- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence

- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.

- Ensuring All MSI's bid our product in Bids.

- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.

- Forecasting future trends and future initiatives.

- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.

- Promoting the organization and products.

- Writing business proposals

- Negotiating with stakeholders

- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

Key Requirements:

- Master's degree in business, marketing or related field.

- Experience in sales in public sector or related domain.

- Strong communication skills(Spoken & written).

- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.

- Excellent organizational skills.

- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

- Experience in selling Technology/Software.

- Experience in handling public sector clients

- Must be familiar with Govt ordering process.

- Dedication to providing great customer service
