Quant Digital Analytics
Looking for Chatbot analytics/NLP experience along with SQL, Tableau, Alteryx Experience. AWS skill good to have.
- Relevant experience analyzing customer experiences, digital experience preferred
- Strategic thinker with the ability to focus on business goals and quickly define and deconstruct problems leveraging strong analytical and end-to-end problem-solving skills.
- Excellent at solving problems independently
- Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to present information in differing degrees of detail and form depending on the audience
- Operational business knowledge of processes, data, controls, and technology platforms
Technical Skills :
- Strong SQL skills with ability to pull data using multiple joins, sub-queries and advanced functions in an enterprise scale database environment and/or Hadoop environment
- Foundational to advanced skills in tools such as Adobe Analytics, Tableau, SQL workbench
- Expertise with business intelligence and data wrangling tools such as Alteryx, SAS, or Python
- Expertise with visualization techniques for data analysis and presentation (Tableau preferred)
- Basic skills with JIRA, Confluence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Hands on experience with behavioral and transactional analytics tools and techniques
- Experience working with Business Intelligence (BI) platforms to deliver reports and analytics.
