Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct quantitative research to identify market inefficiencies and develop algorithmic trading strategies.

- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and opportunities that can be translated into profitable trades.

- Back test and optimize trading models to ensure robust performance in live trading environments.

- Work closely with developers to implement and integrate models into the trading platform for low-latency execution.

- Continuously monitor and improve the performance of trading algorithms by adapting to changing market conditions.

- Stay updated on the latest quantitative research, financial models, and technological advancements in the HFT industry.

Qualification Criteria:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering.

- Strong programming skills in Python, R, MATLAB, or other relevant languages.

- Expertise in statistical modeling, time series analysis, and optimization techniques.

- Familiarity with financial markets, trading principles, and risk management.

- Experience in high-frequency trading (HFT), algorithmic trading, or quantitative finance is preferred but not mandatory.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
