Job Purpose :

Global Quant Analyst for the US market :

Candidate will be in charge of managing trading and execution of Quant based strategies that manually trade/execute in an automated manner via algos on multiple underlings. In addition he/she will be required to generate post trade analytics reports to give more insight of strategies to stakeholders and be involved in solve complex problems in assignments by collaborating with researchers and portfolio managers.

Key Responsibilities :

Functional Responsibilities :

- Monitoring end to end Operations for live trading Algos

- Manage manual trading on the terminal for live trading strategies

- Slippage minimization while trading

- Generating Post trade analytics/reports of multiple strategies across asset classes

- Managing multiple stakeholders ranging from : Research, Technology, Middle office, compliance etc

- External communication with brokers involved for BAU activities and in case of issues

Job Requirements :

Qualifications : Bachelors/Master's in any field (engineering background preferred)

Experience : 2-5 years of experience in dealing or managing trading/Algo operations

- Strong technology orientation

Functional Competencies :

- Quick with numbers

- Good analytical skills

- Strong technology orientation 

- Proficient in Excel, VBA (macros) and a programing language like R, python

- Constantly look to automate processes an strive to improve operational efficiency

- Strong interest and background of financial markets
