KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  1. Own and build the Delivery ecosystem (people, process, technology, tools etc) thereby ensuring successful Service Delivery   2. Own and build the Delivery ecosystem (people, process, technology, tools etc) thereby ensuring successful Service Delivery  - Design and implement the delivery framework in order to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of delivery process   - Set goals, monitor performance, diagnose the cause of problems, visualize creative solutions and follow through to deliver successfully. Provide timely consultation to Test Managers / Leads on test estimations, testing strategy and test execution.   - Monitor implementation against contractual obligations. Keep all internal and external stakeholders informed on risks and issues. Anticipate risks and track risk mitigation plans for critical projects/accounts. Identify & manage external partners (for specialized services) and internal stakeholders (IT, HR, Finance, Business Development) to ensure seamless delivery   - Build a roadmap for successful delivery by determining the most effective solutions, incubate ideas, implement new technologies and see though a successful implementation and actively support & engage with experts & stakeholders   - Operates as a mentor, specialist and consultant on all aspects of software testing and gives advice to both client/user and management to determine the most appropriate testing strategies for complex projects within the constraints and operational requirements of the organization  - Strengthen the customer partner experience by evaluating and adopting appropriate practices towards achieving business goal  2. Define, implement and refine delivery strategies to ensure business objectives (Profitability, Quality, Responsiveness & Innovation) are met.  - Accountability for End to end Program / Project Management (planning, design, development, risk management, resource management and client interaction).  - Lead strategic planning to achieve business goals by prioritizing initiatives and coordinating the evaluation, deployment and management of current and future IT and change projects  - Visioning for key Accounts in conjunction with sales with the objective of moving up the value chain in terms of our offerings  - Create and set delivery standards by adopting best industry practices and monitor implementation against the same   - Enable key business decisions by contributing to Sales Strategy & Business Development  - Identify unstated needs of customers and shape the customer's thinking in order to convert  - them to big opportunities for QK.  3. Ensure effective Financial Management - holds P & L Responsibility  - Establish governance mechanism with Delivery managers and team to ensure maximization of profitability margins  - End to end P&L responsibility for accounts & projects in terms of managing revenue, effort, cost, schedule management & profitability  - Track Account performance on Financial parameters and adherence to schedule based on Quarterly/Monthly Dashboards   - Consult DMs on the ROI models, assist in establishing the ROI framework and track ROI for various internal & external projects (for eg. Automation) / POCs   - Partner with Business Development and Account Management team in mining existing accounts by exploring new avenues for increasing revenue  - Track, Implement and refine measures to plug revenue leakages in projects. (ie. ensuring change requests are appropriately identified & billed; tight control on resource billing for T&M projects etc.)  - Acts as an interface for the Sales/Finance team to influence client stakeholders in case of any challenges in revenue collections and align with client stakeholders to speedup up the process   4. Responsible for internal and external stakeholder management  - Continually engage with customers (at a non-technical and executive business level), acting as an ambassador for QK thus ensuring key relationships are nurtured and developed to their full potential.  - Identify where changes are required and perform the impact analysis, advise various stakeholders on implications, improvements and consequences  - Ensure good understanding of customer requirements & manage customer expectations. Drive the team to deliver successfully thereby taking complete responsibility of - wowing- the customer.   - Proactively educate team on customer's goals. Monitor measures of customer satisfaction and build customer focus in the team.  - Ensure adequate support to internal teams that support delivery (eg. Presales support to BD, Billing support to Accounts, Interviewers for HR etc.)  5. Visioning & Inspiring a culture of excellence, collaboration & entrepreneurial spirit within the team  - Maintain awareness of emerging industry trends and innovations to help shape the future direction of the services. Create incubation centers for new practices, drive change across multiple customer groups thereby creating value for the customer and the organization   - Drive a High performance culture with high level of integrity & respect for every individual  - Support the strategic development of next level leadership in the team, build capability and empower people in key roles  - Determine the learning & development needs of the organization in line with business plan and set up knowledge management process and repository for sharing learnings and assets across projects. Contribute to the knowledge base through white papers, case studies etc.  - Empower, delegate and increase levels of individual accountability.  - Create strong morale and team spirit amongst diverse teams  Internal External  Test Manager, Delivery Head (Other Functions) Client Account Owner  SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE/EXPOSURE  - Experience in Managing Key customer engagements  - Experience in End to end testing life cycle from kick off to closure, wide variety of testing efforts, techniques & tools  - Planning & Management Skills  - People skills, especially diplomacy & advocacy.  KEY ATTRIBUTES   - Good Client management skills  - Excellent Analytical and Presentation skills  - Experience in managing key customer accounts
