Job Summary :

The role is that of a Head Account Management for our Middle East location. The core responsibilities lies in expanding the footprint of QualityKiosk within respective accounts, and positioning the company as the preferred partner for various prospective customers in the region.

Job Responsibilities :

- Understand the customer's business, business model and organization structure

- Map the technology landscape of the customer, including the road map, create account plans and manage them, holding reviews with delivery and other teams as required.

- Continually look for opportunities for business with the customer and pick up early indications of upcoming projects Quality Kiosk can deliver.

- Engage with vendors providing IT services to the customer, so as to enable partnerships with them as required

- Ensure customer satisfaction at all times, escalate issues as needed, and demand service from delivery and technology teams, and anyone in Quality Kiosk, if necessary for customer satisfaction and delight.

Job Performance Measurement :

- Growth in business with the customer

- Customer Satisfaction as measured by independent assessment

- Quality Kiosk's brand and positioning in the customer's mind.

Job Requirements :

- Prior experience of managing customer relationships, either in sales, delivery, or account management, is a must

- 12-18 years experience of working directly with customers and fulfill revenue targets

- Previous experience with a high-quality IT services company is preferred.

- High order of communications skills, networking skills, and high degree of self-discipline is required.

- Assertiveness and positivity are required traits, as are resilience and patience.
