Job Summary - 

The role is that of a Digital Engagement Manager based out in Mumbai. The core responsibilities lie in demonstrating high efficiency in screening new business deals and lead pre Sales efforts with successful conversions and deal closures.

Job Responsibilities:

- Own the Pre-sales management for QualityKiosk and support the Sales function in winning large engagements

- Prepare and maintain Bid Management materials and collaterals.

- Work on business case modeling and preparing commercial construct for the RFP response

- Track portfolio profitability, utilization, margin improvement initiatives and manpower and capability growth.

- Responsible to develop Win Strategy and Price to Win for the specific deal.

- Champion new business development initiatives from concept through execution. Convert opportunities to contracted work. Conduct research / analytics activities to identify potential deals / leads.

- Perform Sales pipeline review / analytics. Detailed Win Loss Deal analysis incorporating client feedback. Identify deal replication opportunities. Identify Cross-Selling and Up-Selling opportunities. Proactively leverage competitive intelligence and effectively retrospect wins and losses

- Drive surveys & research activities to ensure the relevance & USP of Business.

Job Requirements:

- Prior experience of managing pre-sales or bid management cycle is a must

- 8-10 years experience of working directly with delivery and sales teams in fulfilling business requirements

- Previous experience with a high-quality IT services company is preferred.

- High order of communications skills, networking skills, and high degree of self-discipline is required.

- Assertiveness and positivity are required traits, as are resilience and patience.
