Description :


- The CMO oversee all marketing operations of the company and develop its marketing strategy and vision. You will be in charge of a team of enthusiastic marketing professionals and will direct our marketing efforts towards great success. You will drive positioning, lead generation, digital marketing and branding initiatives to maximize lead flow and visibility.

- The CMO's goals are to ensure that marketing efforts are successful in helping it grow rapidly.

Key Parameters :

- At least 20 years of experience in marketing with minimum 10 years in digital marketing for a software company

- Degree from a reputed institution such as IIM

Job Responsibilities :

- Define marketing strategies to support the company's overall strategies and objectives

- Develop a feasible marketing plan for various marketing departments and oversee their day-to-day implementation

- Create unified approach to lead generation, content and branding

- Define and power the company's digital marketing strategy (SEO, SEM, Social Media)

- Redo the positioning of the company to maximize its value in the market. Make sure that the website correctly reflects the positioning

- Build a highly efficient team of marketing professionals

- Create a solid network of strategic partnerships

Job Requirements :

- At least 20 years of experience in marketing with minimum 10 years in digital marketing

- Proven experience as chief marketing officer or similar role in a software company

- Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (lead generation, digital marketing, branding, product promotion etc.)

- Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities

- A leader with both creative and data analytics capabilities

- Proven public presentation skills

- Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital (e.g. social media) and non-digital (e.g. press) channels

- Ability to deliver marketing content with extremely high quality visuals

- Ability to use tools such as Salesforce to generate and manage lead and sales pipeline

- Proficient in MS Office and business software (e.g. CRM)

- MBA from a reputed institution such as an IIM
