- A Senior Quality Program Manager to create and enhance the Quality culture by establishing and deploying standards across the organisation
Client Details :
Our Client is a leading MNC in the Electronics Manufacturing space and has a presence across 17+ countries.
Description :
Reporting to the Global Quality head (US), you will be responsible for :
- Benchmarking, collaborating, and establishing standards for downstream business processes to enhance customer experience and achieve COQ reduction targets
- Developing and deploying processes which are risk based and scalable to solve non-conformance issues
- Evaluating and improving the processes for customer experience management to enhance quality from their point of view
- Developing product reliability standards and work with global team to deploy solutions
Profile :
- Ideally, you are a full-time Engineer with 15+ years of quality management experience in the electronics, semiconductor, automotive, aerospace, or related industry.
- You should have hands-on knowledge of using structured problem-solving methodologies and quality tools.
- You should have experience in customer quality management, product reliability and DFx for downstream processes.
- You must possess excellent communication (both written and verbal), influencing and cross-functional team management skills.
- You should be able to adapt best practices and think out of the box to solve complex problems
