Quality Manager - Software Projects - IT

- Interpret and implement quality assurance standards

- Plan QA Activities, conduct Audit and monitor Project Progress from both testing & Dev perspective and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality

- Document internal audit document and reports including other quality assurance activities

- Collect Project data and compile the same for statistical analysis and reporting

- Identify Risks & Issues at all stages of development life cycle in a software development project

- Identify & recommend corrective and preventive actions. Assist project manager in getting them implemented

- Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities

- Identify training needs for the project and Quality teams and also organize training to meet quality standards

- Handle end to end risk management activities in a project

- Should have ability to take Go/NoGo decision for final release to go live

- To identify best practices suited for large engagements and getting it implemented
