Quality Manager

Cmmi And ISO certified is mandatory

- Interpret and implement quality assurance standards

- Plan QA Activities, conduct Audits and monitor Project Progress from both testing & Dev perspective and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality

- Document internal audit document and reports including other quality assurance activities

- Collect Project data and compile the same for statistical analysis and reporting

- Identify Risks & Issues at all stages of development life cycle in a software development project

- Identify & recommend corrective and preventive actions. Assist project manager in getting them implemented

- Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities

- Identify training needs for the project and Quality teams and also organize training to meet quality standards

- Handle end to end risk management activities in a project

- Should have ability to take Go/NoGo decision for final release to go live

- To identify best practices suited for large engagements and getting it implemented

Required Skills :

- Certifications pertaining to Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, Quality Improvement, Agile/Scrum

- Hands on experience to manage end to end quality management (from project inception till final delivery) for high visibility projects

Experience :

- Hands on with Quality inspection & audit

- Experience in risk management

- Experience in Implementation of corrective action programs

- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, JIRA
