Roles & Responsibilities:

Achieve continually TS 16949 certification for the site

Establish Quality Assurance System and FES

a. Be a strategic partner with the Management team to participate and Make top level plans to deploy the site's goals, seek approval from BTC management and work with the Team Managers for implementation and scheduled reporting.

b. Plan and execute FES implementation as applicable at BTC.

c. Validate and establish site quality processes for team and follow-up to ensure they are in place and working effectively

d. Monitor the indicators of - health- for the implemented goals on a daily basis, challenge situations about the - health- of the goal, present detailed reports to the site management along with neutral perspective and proposals for change.

e. Drive for a strong deployment of the efficiency tools into the system.

f. Accomplishes quality assurance human resource objectives by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees & Employee groups

Continuous Improvement

a. Partner with the management team to strategize and establish - improvement idea- culture at BTC

b. Continually focus on challenging and improving critical process

Knowledge Management

a. Establish a system that shares best practices and lessons learnt across the organization.

b. Recommend, implement, and administer methods and procedures to enhance Knowledge Management operations as per employee evaluation outcome and polyvalence matrix

c. Plan and execute GET program

Other requirements:

- Must be good in spoken and written English communication.
