Quality Manager - Quality Assurance - IT

- Experience in QA for different lifecycles/service lines (Application support and maintenance, Agile must)

- Should have handled QA teams of at least 4-5 members

- Experience of ISO Certification programs, certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9k, ISO 20k

- Experience of CMMI Appraisal for Services V1.3/2

- Customer centricity

- Able to interact and communicate with senior management team

- Leadership capabilities, Team player and ability to handle team, quick decision making, commercial acumen, cost impact analysis, ability to prioritize, analytical skills.

- Knowledge of project management platforms
