Quality Manager - FMCG (6-10 yrs)
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the plant QA team
- Represent to the customers for audits and technical queries
- Customer feedback investigation and resolution
- Maintain and develop the quality and food safety management system based on FSSC 22000 V 4.1 and BRC food standard V 8
- Represent the department in multifunction teams
- Vendor Development
- Compliance to a regulatory requirement
KPIs:
- Keep the hazard analysis up to date and accordingly, suggest the control measures to ensure perfect compliance to food safety requirements
- Regularly monitor and track changes in the regulatory compliance to keep the organization ready, ensuring no effect on regular business
- Team Development
- Performance of Quality and Food Safety Management System
- Vendor Development
Requirements :
- Food Technologists (Graduate / Post Graduate)
- Experience with Quality Assurance (10 to 12 years)
- Lead Auditor for any GFSI approved scheme (FSSC 22000, BRC)
- Experience of the team handling
- Experience with Fruit Juice / Pulp processing preferred
