Education and Specifications:

- Any bachelor’s degree with mathematics/statistics combination

- Business Performance Excellence Team: Business Performance Excellence team offers industry-leading, business performance capabilities resulting in a measurable value to partners and customers. The team works on solving end to end business problems using Process Design and Process Improvement techniques and also helps in establishing Measurement System Designs. The team is very well integrated with the global BPE teams and work on projects which can cut across sites and functions.

Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities: The selected individual must meet the following criteria:

- Conducting initial discovery of a problem in the business for End to End processes cutting across sites and functions/ departments. May involve Brainstorming, Data analysis, interviewing key stakeholders, understanding the softer challenges and coming up with the final recommendations.

- Post discovery Project manage the recommendations from the discovery which may involve redesigning the process for efficiency, better customer experience or better controls

- Relate/demonstrate improvement efforts to quantifiable financial business impact

- Work in global team environment & connect with onsite businesses

- May require the person to travel to engage with and drive the projects globally

- Work across business & function to bring the best solution to the business and leverage best practices

- Assume additional leadership role in specified situations

- Facilitate Lean Six Sigma Sessions and Workouts

- Opportunity to get Black Belt Certification

- Mentor projects led by business teams

Experience, Qualification and Skills:

- At least 10 years of overall experience with 5-8 years of business related experience

- Experience in managing global projects

- Ability to influence key stakeholders to drive change

- Any bachelor’s degree with mathematics/statistics combination

- Demonstrated Ability to Work Cross-Functionally and at all Levels within an Organization

- High energy and motivation to achieve results and drive change

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to synthesize complex information and prepare concise, compelling presentations

- Project Management skills; Analytical, Interpersonal, Communication and Facilitation Skills

- Exceptional record of driving change with high business impact using different process improvement or Innovation methodologies like Lean / Six Sigma / TRIZ / Design Thinking etc.
