Work Experience -&nbsp; Defining the RDC (Regional development center)strategy in conjunction with the RDC Leader. - Identifying and transitioning new services. This would include - defining the high level solution and project managing the transition by instituting a governance rhythm to keep track of actions assigned to all cross functional team members (Recruitment, IT,HC, L&amp;D, Finance, Business champions) and take them to closure within defined timelines. - Working with the Quality team on metrics definitions, designing templates for reporting and ensuring report outs - Coordinating with the Business Services team to ensure facility / seats are available and planning ahead of time based on the projections from the business - Working with the IT team to ensure all IT infrastructure is in place to ensure seamless operations. - Collaborating with the SBU Champions to drive additional business to the RDC and ensuring the business is involved with the day to operations - Working with finance to calculate utilization numbers, publishing the report to the relevant stakeholders and following up to ensure closure on these actions - Working closely with functional teams such as L&amp;D and Knowledge Management to ensure training and KM plans are executed - Working closely with RDC leadership and finance to define budgets and operating plans as and when required - Creating monthly reports and ensuring leadership reporting on key metrics at pre-defined intervals - Working with RDC teams to create and build relevant process documents as and when required - Running on-going governance with SBU Champions and keeping track of all agreed actions and driving them to closure. - Providing reports and data to the One Architecture SPOCs for global reporting as and when required.
